This Ottoman has gotten quite a bit of use. It is incredibly comfortable (for people about 150 lbs or less). It looks great, and is so much nicer and more comfortable than the traditional sofa beds. I dressed it up with some cushions and pillows (see customer image). We had gone to Haverty's and almost purchased a very similar one there, but it would have been twice the price with the delivery fee ($599 +$100). Sofa beds were starting at $1,200 and looked/felt incredibly uncomfortable, even at that price. I would definitely recommend purchasing this product through Amazon to anyone needing extra sleep accommodations.
