I love this pet carrier! It looks just as pictured and I adore the color. I wish there were a matching overnight bag for me! It's very stylish and my cat was much more comfortable in it than in his hard pet crate. He only complained once during our 5 hour trip rather than the whole time. My cat is...18 pounds (he's on a diet, I purr-omise!). It holds him comfortably when he's laying down properly and he likes the soft little bed that is inside. The straps didn't feel like they were going to break with his fat behind being carried, so it's quite sturdy as well as visually appealing. It is well ventilated with mesh "windows" and isn't a kitty prison like the large (or small) hard plastic ones with bars on the front! I think my cat liked that he could see me during our car ride; it probably calmed his anxiety knowing I was in the scary space ship too. I like that it has a side pocket, I can put a name-tag on the outside and paperwork on the inside (like recent vaccination records). Being able to open the carrier multiple ways adds to my liking of this product. If we go to the vet, I can just pick him up from the top instead of trying to shake an 18 pound fatty out of the opening of a kitty prison. It's so much easier and he can turn about all he likes, I can still open it whichever way to let him out. I'm very pleased with my purchase. My one year old nephew seemed to like it too and wanted to see what all of the fuss was about!
