Purchased the set of two 5.2 inch tall grinders in September 2018. We’re using one for peppercorns and the other one for Himalayan sea salt. Both units worked great right away, however, after a couple of months of use the grinder with the sea salt no longer worked. Disassembly of the grinder is fairly easy so I took it apart, cleaned out the salt crystals that were in the unit and then put everything back together. Still didn’t work. I contacted MIUMI direct from the “Contact” link on the miumilife.com website. Within days I received a response directing me to a YouTube video on how to disassemble and reassemble the grinder and asking that I verify all of the parts are installed. I reviewed the YouTube video and verified that all of the parts were there and replied back to MIUMI. I received a reply back, again within a day, requesting my Amazon order number, which I then provided. The very next day a replacement set was on its way to me. The new grinder works great right now but what really impressed me was their customer service. Don’t often find that dedication to customer satisfaction today. Highly recommend.
