I'm usually a US 4 (UK 8) sometimes a US 6. My waist is 28in, hips are 35/36 depending where I measure and my inseam is 33.5 (I'm 5'10'' 140 lbs). I bought the Small TALL and they fit but were very very snug, tough to sit down in them, plus I'll want to wear thermals underneath if I go skiing. I just ordered a Medium Tall as well but am probably going to keep both pairs because 1 - they are so cheap and 2 - I might actually wear the small if I am not going skiing or doing anything that requires a lot of movement and flexibility. The small does look nice but definitely would pop the buttons open if I started doing some intense bending, rolling or squatting and etc. The length on the Tall size was perfect. They are very comfy and seem warm. Unbelievable quality for the price...
