I have been using this scale since the beginning of the year. So far it has managed to weigh with an accuracy of up to +/- 0.02 lbs which is more than acceptable for a simple body weight scale. Its auto on/auto off feature has been quite convenient. Since Etekcity reached out to me and asked me to do a review, I decided to break out official Department of Weights and Measures certified weights and placed thirty pounds on the scale. To little surprise, it weighed precisely thirty pounds. For the price, it cannot be beat. For the love of God, please do not be silly like another reviewer on here and have this scale half on carpet and half on hard surface. On second thought, don't do that with any scale. If it doesn't break the scale, it will surely wear out (and destroy) the load cell inside any scale.
