Ear wipe came quickly... The smell is nice clean smell like hand lotion. there is plenty of product on pads, they are good and damp/wet for wiping out the ears. the wipes seemed to soothe the dogs itchy ears. I haven't seen the head shaking since after wiping them down yesterday. The reason only 4 star is the pads are pretty small and very thin... really have to work on getting them separated, and then I struggle with cleaning ear without scratching inside of ear. these pads work ok for the littler dogs (pugs) but seem to get lost in my Labs ears.
