I received this horn set today. Mounted them behind the front bumper on my 2004 Sierra. All though these horns are a bit smaller than other horns they still pack a puch. I was completely surprised when I lit them off. I tied the air valve into my factory horn harness and left my factory horns hooked up. When I lock the truck you can barely hear the air horns chirp. But when I set the alarm off watch the hell out. These things are damn loud and have a nice lowtone. The only bad thing Is the air line. Had mine hooked up for an hour and already ruptured. Don't even waist your time using it. Just purchase some 1/4 brake air line when you order the horns. The tank fills in under a minute from empty. The tank only last 3-5 seconds when holding the horns full on but short bursts you can get 5-8 loud bursts before the compressor kicks on. Also they are completely metal. No plastic at all. The air valve is extremely fast reacting. When the tank is full there is virtualy no delay.. I would recommend these to anybody. Trust me I am a mechanic and a car finatic. These horns will not disappoint you as far as how loud they are. I was shocked when I first hit them.
