I'm a coffee/espresso snob and I only use Turbinado or Pure Cane Sugar, because all sugar substitutes on the market today either have a horrible aftertaste, or completely change the flavor of the drink. Honestly i did NOT think a sugar substitute could taste anywhere near the real thing. I'm going on record by saying, that this Purecane actually taste's better, and somehow more pure than sugar? Sorta atypical, because when you get used to drinking something on a regular basis - changing the sweetener should taste foreign. Ever tried Coke with the yellow tops which contain sugar vs Corn Syrup? Do yourself a favor. Take a blind taste test of this Purecane sugar versus "real sugar" with your coffee or tea or whatever. I'm willing to bet you will prefer this one. You're welcome!
