I did order this camera system after my home was vandalized. I looked at Samsung and other big names but I looked at all the reviews before I decided on who I should go with for the security of my home. I keep seeing this GW Security with 4.8 - 5 stars and everyone was satisfied! I was like well they all can't be employees of GW and they all can be wrong. Yea it was a little more money but you get what you pay for in this world I said to myself. So I decided to take the risk and go with GW Security. I ordered the 8 camera system for $1299 no tax free shipping. I must say this company has thought of every exact detail. The cameras are enclosed in an all metal housing and water tight. they have connection keepers that connect your POE connection to your camera so it can NEVER pop off and those connectors are water tight with O rings and rubber gaskets! The customer service is #1 I had a few troubles with a camera or two not recognizing software and the such but GW uses Team Viewer to take control of your computer and solve any and all problems! I also decided post amazon purchase that I wanted 1 more camera. So I called up GW Security directly and told them what I wanted. They quoted me to $120 to upgraded my 8 channel NVR to a 16 channel NVR and $100 to upgrade my switch and $109 for the extra camera! I sent back the unused 8 channel NVR & switch and had the system I truly wanted. If your considering Samsung or some other brand name camera system ask your self are these companies security experts? No they are not but this is all GW Security does for a living. The software in the NVRs is top notch! I have my cameras set to recored on motion only and I have night vision which lights up my whole backyard when its black in the back yard no light! I also can have my TV monitor in my master bedroom sound an alarm if any motion is detected to wake me up to the intruder or I can have the NVR sound an alarm and leave my TV off! GW has the Real View Pro app so you can monitor your home from anywhere in the world! Don't waste your money on a weak bran name TV company; If you want the best then don't hesitate and by this system! I am 100% satisfied and you will be too if you choose GW Security as your home's security camera system!
