I received the model that looked like the one in the picture (PS-510). The unit went into rapid boil after plugged in and starting spewing water. Luckily, it came with an over mit. I can see someone getting burned by boiling water while trying to hold it. The seller reached out to me and sent me a different model (NV-510) and issued me a refund. Basically, I got a free steamer! At this point, I'm not sure what model you get when you order. But if you get the NV-510, it's a much safer unit. I tried the NV-510 and it does the job. The steam coming out of it is from the boiling water canister inside the unit. There isn't any pressure coming out of it, just steam. It would be nice if it blew steam (to sanitize), but it's not the end of the world. But it works and you don't need oven mits to hold it. I'm happy. Customer service is A+++. I've never received such personal service from an online seller before. I highly recommend buying from this seller.
