This inversion table was waiting for me when I got home Friday afternoon it took 4 days to arrive . I took it inside opened up the well seal intact box and it looked like it would take awhile to put it together. I had plans to go out so I decided to put as much of it together as I could until I had to leave. About 50 min later it was finished I still had 20 min left until I had to leave. Assembly was easy. This is a sturdy piece of equipment it wouldn't look out of place in a professional gym. I had time to try it out. It's calibrated at 20, 40, 60, and 80, I'm guessing they left off the "1" because the 80 setting is totally inverted at 180 degrees. Being alone I set it to 60 to be safe. I set it to my height, locked my ankles in to the supports. I leaned back at the same time pulling on the handle bars in one smooth move I was inverted 160 degrees. The ankle supports aren't very comfortable but the are bearable and not a problem. Now the good part! There I was a160 degrees inverted, my first impulse was to stiffen up and fight the odd feeling of being almost up upside down. Then I relaxed, I felt my shoulders slide down the table a few inches, several pops occurred along my spine and I started to feel the stretch, it felt wonderful. I stayed on for about 5 min. The rest of the night I was moving in ranges of motion that normally would have caused pain. I was genuinely feeling better than I had for years. Today is Sunday I have used this inversion table 5 times about 5 min each. The constant low level back pain I had learned to live with for the past few years is gone. Today I did things that I had been putting off due to the excessive bending involved. This is a real life changer for me my activity levels are up after only 2 days. I still have stiffness but it's muscle not spinal stiffness from the years of spinal compression. I'm sure the muscles will relax with time along with the mentally conditioned apprehension have about making certain moves that guaranteed a shot of pain which no longer happens. Like I said this has been a real life changer for me that any good inversion table could have achieved but for the price you can't beat this one it's made to last. I hope you get the same or better results.
