Delicious! I have a condition called Interstitial Cystitis and must be extremely careful with coffee, tea, wine, juice, etc. lest I will be in debilitating pain. I can't say this for EVERYONE with IC, but for me, personally, this is the first coffee I've had that I can drink daily without any painful flare ups! Oh, and it's super tasty. Former classically trained barista gives this brew two thumbs way way up! I also use a French Press, and yummmmm.... This is my go to coffee, forever, now!
