When I received the product I started using it with my legs right away. I have a rare autoimmune disease that destroys my nerves and weakens my leg and arm muscles. This machine is perfect for someone like me with balance issues who can’t sit on a regular exercise bike seat. I noticed while trying it on my arms that my tension knob seems to be broken. No matter which way I turn it, the tension doesn’t seem to change. I emailed the seller right away and they responded very quickly offering a full refund because of the broken tension knob. They were very helpful and kind. The machine itself is really light, and still very helpful even with the problem I mentioned. I would recommend it to people who need exercise but have limited mobility like myself.
