I'm so glad I ignored the bad reviews and took a chance on this printer! It's a great value for the money and set up was so easy a 5 year old could do it. I don't understand why so many people couldn't figure it out....if you have a smart phone just take a picture of the qr code on the printer and it walks you step by step on your phone! Wireless so nothing needs to be plugged in except the power cord! Doesn't get much easier than this folks! Easy 5 stars
