So far so good. I notice a difference in the first day in my energy. I have also been trying to get rid of cyst. And I noticed that some of the cyst have began to leak and flatten out. I am having vision problems in my right eye that has started to clear up. And a skin rash I had has begun to even out. This has been a tough year for me and this iodine has been a tremendous help.
