Thing is great upgrade over other Keurig 2.0 machines. I am sure you will see all the other K-Cup machine providers upping their game to multiple needles also. Not sure those folks who are saying water and coffee grinds are all over the place. Yeah, maybe if you are using K-cups more than once or don't know how to load the manual MyCup. Bu the way, don't forget to use the new MyCup specifically designed for 4 needles, not the old ones designed for a single needle. This goes for all the aftermarket manual cups. Follow directions and use the accessories specifically authorized for this machine and you will be ok and it will make the best k-Cup coffee you ever had. Of course, quality of the K-cup pod matters as the machine is not magic. Had to say that. I am sure there are those Karens who would blame the machine. It is the Karens that are also using accessories for the single cup machines ain this 5 needle machine and then wondering what happened? Why do I have water everywhere? Why are coffee grounds everywhere? LOL. Use it the right way with the right equipment with quality pods and you will get a perfect cup!
