Arrived sooner than expected & wife & I assembled it today... hardest part was getting it out of the box as well packaged... took us about 45 minutes to assemble. We used it for about 1 hour and it worked just as promised. It seems to be well built but will wait to see how it holds up. By the way it comes with the lubricant My wife & I both needed this heavy weight model & are 81 years old..........As of today seems like a great buy. We've had it for over a week now & been using it for over an hour a day & it works great. Opens and closes easily for storage & no complicated electronics...just gives you time, speed, distance & calories. With 2 easy adjustments [described in manual] I centered the belt & lubrication is rather easy. This treadmill has a handy place to put a tablet or kindle to allow you to use them while on this machine. It is a solid well built piece of equipment. Still 5 stars with us. My wife & I have been using this treadmill for 4 months-5 days/week & 11/2 hours /day & it still works perfectly....great but at this price & no need to go to a gym. 5 STARS
