I purchased this butter powder to see if it would work if I used it to replace the butter when I baked bread. Works great! I cannot tell any difference in the taste, consistency or rise in the bread using this powder. I am now using it in a "salt shaker" and sprinkle a bit on my veggies at dinner. It has enough butter taste to satisfy and reduces the amount of real butter I normally use.
