I feel I need to leave feedback as it's important from what I saw. I purchased this for my girlfriend as she wanted it pretty bad. It wasn't cheap but I decided since it seemed interesting to purchase it for her birthday. She received it and immediately tried it. Her first use of it was definitely negative. She couldn't get a curl in her hair for anything. Even after watching youtube videos she was left frustrated. After watching videos of women execute a near perfect curl with east it seemed like the tool she'd received wasn't working correctly. Determined to return the product, I told her to give it a few more tries. So instead of returning it, I left it on the sink for about a week. Eventually she pulled it out again and tried it. I can't remember if it was the second or third time she was successful at getting the same results that she saw in the videos. It took a little bit of practice and focus but now she seems to be doing it without issues. The reason I decided to post this one and only review I've ever posted is because had I read the reviews I would have never bought it. I purchased it without reading reviews and she experienced the same results as a handful of others the first time around. It eventually worked though so I'd encourage others to do the same. Overall not a 5 star because I believe it's not as easy to use as the videos seem to make it look, also for the price it doesn't seem to be worth it for what it is in my opinion but I'm a guy... Overall she was able to achieve the results the product described and so for that I'd say it did it's job. She's had it for about a month now and has chosen to keep it.
