This product arrived quickly and was in new condition. It did take a bit of reading and testing to figure out how to work the gimbal. Once I figured it out how it worked with my device, it was great. It has smooth filming as well as really incredible features like the "inception" option which lets you film while spinning. It has a remote on the handle that controls all the movements. It's great for even live online meetings. Watch the battery life, as the gimbal will shut down and the device will flop down because it cannot engage without battery. I always charge it up before filming. I also noticed that if you are near an outlet, you can charge while filming, which can be helpful. It also comes with a screw on tripod, so it stands on its own. Overall very impressed with this product, especially for the price. It's a great way to experiment with different filming styles for projects.
