These S & P mills are perfect for an old bird like me, whose hands aren't what they used to be. They are easy to fill, easy to use, and grind beautifully. I keep one for peppercorns. The other I used for everything from smoked salt to coriander. Easy grind. And totally easy to keep clean. They look as great on the dinner table as they do in the kitchen. Little (actually, not so little - they hold a LOT) workhorses! My DH wants to order more so that I'm not swapping out salt for other spices. I'm not opposed. ;)
