So for almost two years I’ve had numbness and tingling in my right hand that would only happen while I was sleeping. It got so bad that it started waking me up at night. I had purchased a wrist brace for wearing while I slept, and it helped a little bit, but it wasn’t correcting my problem. If I forgot to put my brace on, I’d wake up in the middle of the night from the pain. I ordered this neck traction cause it said it was adjustable and I’m so glad I did. I started using it the day I received it, and inflated it with gentle traction. After about 3 days of doing tbis (I do it right before bed, sitting up) my numbness improved by a lot. It’s been maybe two weeks of having this thing and my arm pain is all gone! If you have any sort of neck impingement then I DEFINITELY recommend this product!
