I take this because I have suffered from severe IBS since my childhood and now have some terrible inflammatory pain in my lower back. I had taken the top popular brand religiously before they began to dilute their formula some years ago. Initially when I took black seed oil I’d feel my congested pathways open almost immediately, my pain simmer down and my vision clear. That all stopped about 3 years into the other brand. I’ve purchased 7-8 “pure, fresh pressed, virgin black seed” oils and most are this light, olive oil color. THIS black seed is more like the Egyptian BSO I purchased through a private seller a couple years ago, making me believe it is more authentic. When you watch BSO being cold pressed it literally runs out black, not golden. This oil had a heavy viscosity as good BSO should. More importantly, after the first tsp I felt IMMEDIATE RELIEF. I want to cry. I’m so happy to have this actual medicine back in my life. I don’t take BSO for the taste so palatable is not what I’m looking for - I’m looking for relief. It was spicy, decongesting and anti inflammation goodness. Blessed be!
