Great product, especially for older doors. I've installed about a dozen of these kits in rental units and they are a considerably improvement over the old closed cell rubber product strips of various types you see at the big box stores. Older doors that have warped a bit are ideal for this as it covers a good ¾ inch of gap. Seals things up nicely and if you’re careful installing it you don’t have to throw yourself at the door to get it to latch. It’s reasonably easy to install (I put up a YouTube video showing the installation process if you search for it – can’t include a link here). I did include a video showing details of the product that may not be obvious from the description and comparing it to another competitive product so you can see the difference (and why this one is better in my opinion). It’s a touch more expensive than it needs to be which is really my only gripe – given how many I’ve been buying I feel that! But if you’re only getting a couple for around your home it’s not a deal breaker by any means.
