I bought this after my old EliteFTS belt finally broke after 3 or so years of frequent use. I immediately found it to be more comfortable, the weight hangs more naturally, and it has zero tendency to slide down my hips like the older one did. Unfortunately, after the first or second time I used it, I noticed a rather large tear in the stitching that holds one of the metal loops that the chain passes through. If the rip were to get any bigger, I was concerned the weight might fall off in the middle of a rep. Since I had been using it for chin ups with about 50-55 pounds, which is far below what it is supposed to be able to hold (i.e., I didn't hang an ungodly amount of weight from it), I contacted DMOOSE customer service. They immediately offered either to refund my money or else send a replacement. Since I liked it, I opted for a replacement. It arrived very quickly, and I have since used it frequently with no issue, leading me to think that the tear was an atypical one-off kind of thing. And to their credit, DMOOSE asked if I could send pics of the tear so they could examine it and see if there was something they needed to look into overall for the product design. I like that the company pays attention to keeping tabs on any nececesary changes and/or design issues. Overall, excellent product + great customer service = a company that just shot to the top of my list for where I'll shop in the future for exercise equipment.
