This is THE BEST purchase I have made for myself in quite a long time. First, I am a woman. Second, women's electric razors suck. Period. Having to continually shave your legs and underarms sucks too. (Can't comment on shaving other regions here but it works just as well as legs and underarms.) Even with a conventional razor and shaving cream, using both in the shower or tub just doesn't get the job done. Things get missed and you don't see it until everyone else can see it too. So ... I decided to bite the financial bullet and buy this razor because of a couple of Amazon reviews. Ladies, do yourself a favor and GET THIS! Charges very quickly and shaves a long time. I can get "it all" done in one charge easy! Comes with a sweet little travel bag and easy charger. Works wet or dry. I use it dry and can use it at my comfort and convenience ... in the light ... where things DON'T get missed. Shaves smooth as a baby's butt WITHOUT razor burn or nicks, and although some say it takes some getting use to, I have truly enjoyed the convenience and performance of it. I jumped and bought extra blades and shield also because as models change things don't fit exactly like they should and I want to use this a long time. Wish I'd done this years ago. Seriously. This razor rocks!
