I am buying my 4th bottle. This oil is not only healthy but it is also very tasty. I am using it every morning before breakfast adding it to my freshly squeezed organic lemon juice (half lukewarm water, half lemon juice and a table spoon of olive oil). I use it in my salad for lunch and also for cooking vegetables. When i am running out of lemons, I simply take a table spoon with oil. I have tried many different kinds of olive oil and this one is definitely the best one.
