Initial reaction... Upset. Didn't arrive just broken, but totally shattered... Like my expectations.
UPDATE:
There are no words that can describe the customer service other than "perfect". After reading my review, the co-founder, Martin sent out a replacement set of glasses immediately. Five star service deserves to be recognized.
