I bought the Cafe Du Chateau French Press for my husband for Fathers Day - what a beautiful coffee maker! The 4 level filtration system makes the best coffee we've had yet. We are in love with it! The biggest draw for me, though, is the customer service we received from the company. We got an email from a representative shortly after placing the order asking if we had any issues. When we set it up, there was a slight wobble in the base. I replied back and mentioned the wobble and asked if there was anything we should do to help alleviate the problem. Less than an hour later, I had a reply apologizing for the inconvenience and letting me know that they were sending out a replacement unit. No questions asked. I received the replacement within 2 days and just got a follow-up asking if everything was OK. Finding good customer service is so hard these days - I'm already browsing their webstore and will continue to do so based on the service received. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
