I decided to splurge in the top three organic Japanese ceremonial matcha before set my mind on one. Clearly Encha is my choice. Its color is the most pure and bright green. DoMatcha is a little darker. Ke love is a bit dull. Taste varied more. They all taste very smooth. But Encha has the thickest froth and tastes the most rich and delicate. DoMatcha ranks the second with a bit flatter body. Kenko is the most flat, a bit watery.
