It is a little hard to tell after just one month supply if they have made any future benefits for my hair but I had noticed that my nails have grown longer than what they would normally. There is no taste to the capsules and the only thing that I didn’t like was swallowing them. They tend to stick to your mouth so I found it best to take followed by drinking a glass of water. The dosage is x2 tablets daily and on a couple of occasions I did forget at the beginning of the course to take the second one.
