Don't get mad at Rustoleum, if this paint isn't working the same way you're seeing in that fake Facebook picture with the garden pots. THOSE are actually illuminated planters, and NOT painted with glow-in-the-dark paint. Lesson learned? All those Facebook DIYs, recipes, funny pictures are LIKE-FARMING scam pages -- and they are stealing legitimate images then making up a BS story.
