This is the first time that I've written a review for Amazon--this product is that good! I had a buckwheat hull pillow for over 20 years and it served my cervical issues well. Several weeks ago, I noticed that it was taking me a long time to fall asleep at night, I'd wake up several times throughout the night with an unusually sore neck and just wasn't comfortable (I typically wake once to go to the bathroom) and I'd wake up in the morning with a very sore, tender neck, more sore than I'm used to. It dawned on me (finally) that I needed a new pillow. I was considering the "My Pillow" after I saw the commercials on TV, so I headed over here to read the reviews. I wasn't pleased with what I saw, so I kept scrolling until I saw the reviews for this one. I liked how I had "options"--several different heights to try--and I liked how no one noticed an odor to the pillow. The day it arrived, I noticed no odor and slept on it that night--I fell right to sleep and--get this--I didn't wake up AT ALL. Not at all. I have been getting up to go to the bathroom once in the middle of the night for my whole adult life (I'm 49) but I slept for seven straight hours and--even better--no neck pain! It's really true! I've had this pillow for a few weeks now and I continue to fall asleep quickly, sleep straight through the night, and have no more neck pain (other than my usual neck pain that I've been seeing a chiropractor for regularly). I like the higher side for my neck when I sleep (but I'm not that tall--5 ft. 3 in) and it is somewhat stiff, but that is probably because our room is kept pretty cold so it perhaps doesn't have the chance to warm up and soften. Although it's firm, it still cradles me well and, obviously, it's helping me sleep well--better than I have for half my life! I'm so thankful for this pillow!
