It definitely protects!!!!!
Have had this case for a while. Wasnt a fan of the screen protector at first but it grew on me. Have dropped it a few times out of the pocket etc.
Two days ago it shined!!! Dropped it 3 stories of a ladder (stil not sure how it came out of my pocket) and the damage in the photo was it. ZERO phone dmg not a scratch. Bought a second one 10 minutes later to replace it. Great work.
