I bought this for my mom as she is suffering from leg pain a lot. She used it and it r helped with her pain. It worked but one of the massager stopped working for some reason. I tried to contact with the customer service and I am really pleased with the way they responded. They not only helped me in trouble shooting but they send me the new product as it was under warranty. Here are some of the features my mom really liked it. 1) Easy to learn and use. 2) Good quality not like flimsy massager 3) Can be used with legs and hands 4) Come with nice bag to carry.
