This is my review of the Ox Bile 125mg tablets. So I decided to give these tablets a try after researching alot. I had my gallbladder removed a few years ago and have suffered ever since then with all kinds of Intestinal Bloating, Diarreha and Gas. I thought that I would never find a cure! Well let me tell you that this stuff is amazing and has changed my life! In just a few short days I am already seeing such a big difference when I eat food. No more tire under my ribs like I have had for the past 5 years! All of the Gas & bloating have gone away. Now I am currently taking 2 a day and will in a week try the third dose. What this does for you is give you the extra bile you need to help break down the fats that you eat so your body can use them for energy. Thus helping your body to burn fuel more efficiently. I am hoping I will see a differance in my weight too. But I will have to wait and see if that helps with that. I would highly recommend anyone that has had their Gallbladder removed and is having issues with digestion get this product and start it right away!
