I have so many lumbar pillows of all types of materials and shapes. None is comfortable until this one that my med student nephew recommended. This one is perfect. Not too big, not too pushed out on the lumbar, and just the right amount of give. Now, instead of buying a new couch I am using this cushion and the couch is now comfortable. Use it in the car and on my kitchen chairs. I cannot say enough good things about this cushion. You will be so happy with it if you buy it!
