Its simple to use and comes with an extra battery which is helpful. We’ve had it a few hours and already our dog is barking less. Which is great when you have a neighbour redoing their house and 100 people walking in and out all day. I highly recommend. Also want to add we have a Pitbull who doesn’t learn from any other product because he’s stubborn and this has been the first thing to actually help!
