I read reviews and also compared several inversion tables before deciding on the Innova ITX9600. The table arrived in a well packed box. It took about 10 minutes to un-box all the materials. I looked at the assembly instructions and found them easy to understand and follow. The illustrations where very helpful in assembling the table. Total assembly time was about 1 hour which included un-boxing and reading instruction. The unit seems to be well built and quite sturdy. The negative reviews that I had read just did not seem to be about this product. The only thing I found to be cheap were the tools supplied to assemble the table. Save yourself some time and use a 13mm wrench and a 13mm socket. The padding on the table is comfortable, but I'm sure there are some that will complain. When assembling the table one should be careful not to over tighten the bolts to avoiding distortion of the tubing. In my opinion this table works just as well as one that sells for 3 times as much and is equal or better in quality. Yes it works ! Just 15 minutes twice a day has made a great difference in my ability to enjoy daily activities again without being in severe pain. I wish I had gotten one of these 30 years ago !
