This is actually a 5 star printer, easy to set up and connect to your wireless network at home, My only negative experience with this item is that there is no software packed in the box, and you are instructed to go to HP's 123 setup website to download software. Well I got there fine, but when I clicked on the install software, I ended up with "page no longer available". The has "support chat" pop up's that will not go away, and constantly blocking the print on the website so you can't read it as to what to do next. I finally started a chat, and of course they want the serial number, etc...so got to get all that out....well the "support" was absolutely useless, and finally got on the phone with them, and of course it is a tech that I can hardly understand due to language issues, and always talking too fast. This should have been a simple "go the hp.com, go to support, and download the drivers for your model" kind of instruction. But the support tech wanted to assist with remote access to my computer, and even after that, he gave me a lot of questionable information that it couldn't be done on my computer, or some such nonsense. I am not technically impaired, and have downloaded drivers and software for devices many, many times, and this 123 site was not only poorly functioning, but their support made a simple process very complicated for no reason. I closed the session and said I would find what I need at their official site. Went to HP.com and downloaded the drivers and software for the printer, and it went just fine, with no problems at all. So. I would not recommend the 123 hp website to install your drivers for this printer, it was not a good experience for me, at any rate.
