I'll conclude this review with the included contents since the ad does not include it. You can decide for yourself if it would suit your needs. It's a good kit, but hardly a trauma kit. The only things included with this set that aren't included with most sets are the airways and the tourniquettes. As with everything included in this kit, the airways are Chinese made and of questionable quality. Even the included gloves are little more than food service quality. The included tourniqette would do little to slow any wound requiring a tourniquette. A tightly wrapped Ace-type bandage would serve that purpose better than the included tourniquette. The only reason I still gave this kit 4 of 5 stars is because it is more complete that most kits, but again, there is nothing special or unique to this kit. It does have a good assortment of bandages, but if you have a few friends in need of kits, you can split the supplies amongst each other and save money. Get four friends together, spend $50, split the supplies, and each of you can have a kit as complete as this for around $10. If you don't want to be bothered with shopping and just want something to throw in the trunk, this is a good kit. If you are truly in need of a life saving trauma kit, this isn't it. My biggest issue with this kit is that they call it a "trauma" kit. For those seeking a true trauma kit, you'll be better off searching for an IFAK. Depending on who you ask, an IFAK is an Individual / Improved First Aid Kit. It is the same kit issued to our troops overseas to treat real traumas like blast and gunshot wounds. A real trauma kit would have items used to save a life. You could leave this kit in your trunk because all it would treat are minor cuts and walking wounded.
