Bought as a gift that had to get opened early. A gift we have all used. Now I wish I would have bought more than one. The only 2 things we would improve is to feel more heat through the neck and shoulder area, and for it to be a tad longer. At 5'6" I have good lower back coverage but my husband at 5'11" needs a little more length. The pad stays heated for much longer than a normal heating pad. The temperature options are great, the Hot gets hot. The magnetic closure helps to keep the heating pad in place. Have not had any issues with the belt. We have already purchased a second unit, so yes I highly recommend.
