It seemed like a GREAT IDEA, at first, being able to sleep in a cloud! But the topper swallowed our bodies! The very first night! My wife and I should have responded to our “fight or flight” senses. After a couple of days “that sinking sensation, sinking into a cloud” disappeared as we fell into cavities that developed. It felt like this "cavity" sucked in my body and didn't let me move at night. Almost impossible to roll over, like climbing out of a "sink hole"! And the topper "grew" and "expanded" during the night, hanging over the edge of the mattress, creating a cornice. My wife and I discussed this "new" sleeping surface, it was like experiencing "sleeping paralysis" trying to move and finding it impossible to move because "something" was holding you, we felt glued to the topper, sucked into the surface by some phantom vacuum. When we struggled and fought the resistance and were finally able to roll over in our cautious sleep, we rolled over the curved cornice, (the lip created during the “topper expansion” phase of adjusting to surface of the mattress) like an overhanging mass of hardened snow at the edge of a mountain precipice that gave way with the slightest weight and onto the floor. Our bodies tumbling like an avalanche crashing onto the floor! We were thinking of installing "guard rails" but after trying and struggling to get used to sleeping in a quicksand pit, or bowl of Jello, we decided to give it up! Just imagine sleeping in a bowl of Jello and trying to move! When you reach over and press down, your hand sinks deeper into the Jello! My wife finally said ""No more experimenting and "trying" to get used to this thing"!" It takes about 30 days to develop new habits, we didn't make 14 days! Talk about being stuck in a rut, and you can't climb out of it! This is living your greatest nightmare! It was a GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE! But was it worth the money? NO! I can't even give it away!!!!!! But try it YOU may like it! I must admit, the customer service is super great! I received a response to my comment and was given a full refund. I don't have to return the mattress, which would be next to impossible because it would be like trying to stuff and elephant into a 1 quart Tupperware storage container. It would be easier getting a Pink Elephant back into the original Vodka bottle it came in than getting the Memory Foam Topper back into the original box IT came in. All in all I must give Linenspa a 5 STAR RATING for their customer service. The mattress topper didn't work for us, and they admit it's not for everybody. I would suggest contacting the company to get advice on which mattress to choose, It will help.
