I started drinking this when I was 34 weeks pregnant with my fifth pregnancy. I am not at all a tea person and was a little gaggy drinking it initially but after the first few days that went away. I truly believe this helped significantly, I did not have a bunch of Braxton Hicks's like with previous pregnancies. Once I was in active labor and went to the hospital I was already dilated to 7/8cm when I would typically be at 4 or 5. After my midwife broke my water, I had my baby within 20 min, she came out faster than what they were expecting, I had to fling the blankets off myself. My contractions were much more efficient, very happy overall with my experience. I typically have to walk for 4 hours at the hospital after my water is broke and bypassed all that this time. I would definitely recommend to any expecting mother.
