No taste and bottle lasts a long time
We've been taking magnesium capsules, but it didn't seem to be working well. We read somewhere that vitamin D helps with magnesium uptake besides calcium uptake. However, they do compete for it. Therefore, we tried this product since it was a liquid and we didn't want to add another pill to take in the morning/evening. We mix this in our juice and milk. We wanted the K2 also since the D would increase calcium uptake, too and the K2 should help direct the calcium to bones and prevent it from sticking to artery walls causing other problems. We're not sure what ratio of D&K is best, but this product currently appears to be increasing with our magnesium uptake (or at least our magnesium-deficiency symptoms are reduced). So far, we've each been taking approx. 1 serving (1 drop) with breakfast and 1 with supper. Using this amount for 2 people has lasted 4 mos. There's only a small amount left and we'll need to reorder before this month is over if we want to continue uninterrupted.
