These pants are friggin' awesome! I bought these for an event coming up in a couple of weeks and they're perfect. A few things: I am 150-155lbs, 5'7 tall, waist is 30", hips are 38", with the widest part around my butt 40". I posted the fitting as "Too Small" because although I'm very wide of hips and thighs, I wear a size 8 or 10 in pants. Usually size 8. That's usually a Md but after reading the reviews I ordered two sizes, Lg AND XL. It turns out that the XL fits PERFECTLY! So I would definitely suggest sizing up...or two. Also like other reviewers, I took the pants out of the package and was like "No way this is going on" Hahaha! But yes, they do have some give to them and they slip right on. The Lg does fit as well, but it's a little tight in the butt area and I'm kinda scared to wear them as the seam in the seat area seems like it could bust at any moment. Also, I've never owned any high-waisted pants, and I wasn't sure if I was going to like it or not, but being that it holds my muffin top in and totally slims me down, I love it! The pants seem like they're made very well and durable. I LOOOOVE the matte finish. I might even buy the burgundy for next fall. Like another reviewer also, I did smell a chemical fragrance when I first pulled them out but it dissipated very fast and I don't smell it at all anymore. Personally, I think they're quality made. I checked all the seams and they were fine, no holes or anything like someone else said. Shipping was extremely fast! I ordered them on a Friday with an estimated shipment arrival date of the following Tuesday. But they came Monday, so whhhhhaaaattt?! Awesomesauce! So thanks for that! I have yet to throw them in the wash just yet, so I hope they hold up well. And if I can, I will update my review after my event if anything changes, but I have a feeling they will be a hit! I haven't shown my husband yet my outfit, but I'm sure when he sees me in them, his jaw will drop and he might start drooling. ~.^ Hope this helps! --Mini Update--: After looking at the measurements they have listed, I've changed my post to "Fits as expected" since my size for this product DOES fit into XL. Basically, just measure yourself before you order.
