I have been searching for water softener for sometime since my old water softener broken. There are several service companies came over to give me estimates, they all in the range of $2500 - $3700. I searched internet and find Fleck 5600SXT and saw all the good reviews, I decide to give it a try. I originally hired a plumber to install, but for some reason the plumber didn't show up. I watched YouTube installation video and decided to do by myself. I made right decision. Thanks ABC water company provided such great installation guide and video. I spent about 3 hours to get it installed, then I called ABC water support line. It's amazing that the my call was immediately picked up and ABC water support person was so good and patient. He even helped me to look up my city water quality and decided what best setting I should put on for the soft water generation. He guided me whole configuration process and explain to me how these settings works. These days it's very rare to receive such good service from a phone call with a great product. I am very happy with both support service and product. I strongly recommend this product to anyone who needs water softener solution.
