Amazon's product description, as of the writing of this review, says this "Replaces philips norelco hq55 shaver heads." Despite their aversion to the capitalization of proper nouns, I assume they are talking about the Philips Norelco HQ 55 Reflex Replacement Heads, which is what I had been using up until Amazon seemingly stopped carrying them. I can confirm these replacement heads work with the 6843XL, which is what I use. The box says to replace them every twelve months, but I've been replacing them every six. I find it's better for my skin, and the six-month Subscribe & Save delivery interval lets me roll on autopilot. So which other razors will these replacement heads fit? I have no idea, but... The box says they fit: 31DB, 6423, 6613, 6843, 6853, 6863, 6940. And the box for the Philips Norelco HQ 55 Reflex Replacement Heads -- which Amazon says this product replaces -- indicates they fit the following models: 34--, 36--, 38--, 44--, 46--, 48--, 66--, 69--, 5413, 5426, 5430, 5625, 5812, 5813, 5817, 5820, 5823, 5824, 6405, 6415, 6423, 6424, 6445, 6831, 6842, 6843, 6844, 6849, 6853, 6854, 6855, 6856, 6857, 6859, 6861, 6863, 6868, 6874, 6879.
