Bought this dehydrator thinking it would be an upgrade form the plastic one I was using before and it was easier to clean. Unfortunately the fan would shut off intermittently causing big issues when trying to use it. After a few months the fan stopped working completely and now the dehydrator is completely useless. Update After contacting Amazon support they directed me to the manufacturer because the Amazon warranty had expired. Manufacturer replaced the dehydrator and the new one is working perfectly. Update Couple years and the second one is still operating perfectly.
