Kills Fleas for sure
I read a lot of the reviews already and agree with most. Its not going to cure your house of fleas, however, it definitely attracts them and kills them. Two of our our 3 dogs had fleas and I went into kill mode. As a person with minor OCD I was freaked out about having fleas! My live in gf didnt freak out like me but I DO NOT like the idea of these little bastards being in the house.
After washing all pets and applying Advantix topical to them we vacuumed and did a flea bomb. The flea bomb definitely did not kill all of them as I found them on my foot ankle at times walking in the house. I then sprayed with a Hot Shot bed bug and flea everything (I thought). I sprayed everything repeatedly probably 4-5 times after the bomb in a week and a half.
After this the trap finally was delivered. We kept our dogs in our living room and my office and blocked off everything else with closed doors. We then overnight put this trap in the area the dogs hung out and let it do its work overnight. We woke up the next morning and not one flea! I was confused because the reviews were pretty damn good that it worked. The next day I found a flea on my foot again and then another! This happend in our bedroom... This is where this product helped us. We decided to put it in our bedroom closed the doors and in 4-5 hours found 8 fleas on the trap! None where the dogs hung out and 8 in four hours where we only sleep! Anyway, we have came to the conclusion us dummies forgot to spray UNDER the bed. We did on and sides but not UNDER. This thing did a good job of us determining our problem area and Kill some fleas. I would definitely buy again. Good luck and remember when you have fleas you have declared war! Constant vacuuming, treatments (sprays, bombs, powders), verbal abuse, throw the kitchen sink at those little bastards!
